Today we are doing 6 basic yoga postures for beginners in under 15 minutes! This is a beginners yoga series for all levels. Postures include: Downward Dog, Cat Cow, Sukasana (Easy Pose), Utanasana (Intense forward stretch), Table Top, and Child’s Pose. The intention of this beginner series is to introduce to you some common yoga poses that you might find in most yoga classes. I hope this beginner yoga video helps prepare you on the mat and off.
