This is an intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class for hip flexibility and mobility. We highlight Pigeon Pose and its different variations: Standing Pigeon, Half Pigeon, Double Pigeon, and Pigeon on your Back. Class is around 37 minutes and it starts in Mountain Pose and ends with Savasana and closing. There are soft nature sounds in the background.
