In this yoga video we do the 12 yoga postures Dr. Loren Fishman included in his study showing increased bone density in the participants. Note: This Is NOT appropriate for folks with advanced osteoporosis. There are several twists that should be done gently as I demonstrate, or not at all. These postures are recommended in addition to weight training and walking, hiking and heel bouncing as part of your plan to reverse osteoporosis or osteopenia. Welcome to my YouTube channel!
