The perfect introduction for complete beginners. Never done yoga before? Feeling a little unsure, intimidated or overwhelmed? Not sure where to begin? Or maybe just want to go back to the basics to deepen your relationship and understanding of your own mind body?
This one is for you!
We go through the basics, nice and slow, so you can feel confident on your mat and in yourself! 🙂

So grab a mat, create some space for yourself and bring along a block or two if you have them! (props are amazing!! trust me!) and I’ll see you for your beginners yoga class! woohoo! 🙂

Part 1 of 3 (each class will get a little bit more challenging and invite in some new awareness and skills – Don’t worry, they’re all nice and gentle and no advances poses are included in any of these 3 classes!)
