Although the low back is what hurts, the issues might be elsewhere. In our programs for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, we help you heal your back using a holistic approach.
All athletes get sore backs no matter what the sport and this video will show you some simple stretches you can do at home to give you some back pain relief after doing your sport. Using some dynamic and static stretches you can work on mobilising the specific areas that are sore. You can do these exercises before or after your sport and get rid of that unwanted back pain. You may need upper back pain relief exercises or lower back pain relief we have it all available on our website.
