Have you been struggling with a painful lower back recently? I’ve been there too.

Why not give yourself these 20 minutes to lay flat on your back, really giving yourself space to relax, while gently working on releasing lower back tension?

This is a very gentle class, suitable for any level of experience. All you need is a comfortable surface and a block (optional).

P.S. listening to this class through headphones will be most beneficial, as I have carefully chosen specific frequencies for relaxation.🎧
