This sequence of classic yoga poses is the perfect practice of standing poses to work on overall balance and strength.
After a warm-up, ee’ll move through a half-sun salutation flow (no wrists and shoulders involved, no down dogs, no planks), and a main sequence combining Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Balancing Warrior III, Warrior II and Trikonasana. We’ll hold the postures for 5 breaths to allow time to settle into each stretch.
