Flexibility and mobility are such important components of fitness, but are often overlooked. This workout is great for beginners looking for a non-intimidating yoga stretch. We are not overly worried about perfecting forms or asana poses today, instead we focus on creating gentle seated yoga flow to loosen and relax the body. We keep a steady flow and will be getting in some light yoga cardio. Everything today is low impact and great for all levels, especially chair. yoga for seniors. We include some nice yoga back stretches to get a full back stretch and mobility. We have joint friendly movements to increase joint mobility, and neck and shoulder stretches. Of course we add in some yoga for sciatica. Staying seated will allow us to be careful of a sensitive low back, hips, knees, and feet, and support the pelvic floor.
