20 minute Yoga for stress relief and headaches was suggested by Kristen Wu (who I had the pleasure of meeting while leading a retreat in Maui), jtaihreen84, and Jo Miller asked for yoga to de-stress and Emma Kubica was interested in yoga for hangovers. This class is designed to lessen stress and headache pain. Most of the class can be done with or without a headache, but there are a couple of poses that should be skipped if you have a headache. Instructions are on the video. Please listen to your body and rest whenever you need to.
