Yoga Body Workout Crow to Tripod was requested by blueberry01ster.

This class focuses on the transition from Crow pose (Bakasana) to tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsana) and back to crow. We first practice tripod headstand and crow pose and then put them together.

Please feel free to press the pause button to work on these poses and transitions on your own. The more practice, the easier it becomes. It is not recommended to practice headstand if you have any neck injuries, glaucoma, high blood pressure or if your moon cycle is heavy. Rest whenever you want a break. 🙂
