Yoga For Back Pain
Many of us will experience low back pain during our lives. I strongly believe prevention is better than cure and yoga can be very beneficial for supporting low back health. In this class we’ll activate and release the Psoas, Glutes, QL and Multifidus muscles to promote a happy and healthy low back.

Please note, the exercises in this class may not be suitable if you have a specific low back health condition or injury including disc issues. Please consult with your health care professional before attempting this class particularly if you have existing low back concerns. Always listen to your body and back off if you feel pinching or sharp pain in the low back.
