Whether you’re sitting at a desk all day or just feeling a bit stiff, this gentle Yin practice is perfect for everyone—no matter your experience level.

Yin Yoga is all about slowing down, holding poses for longer periods, and giving your muscles and connective tissues time to release. In this session, we’ll dive deep into stretches that target your upper body, helping you to not only increase flexibility but also to calm your mind and soothe your nervous system. So, grab your mat, find a comfortable spot, and let’s flow together into a more relaxed and open upper body.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing practice where postures are traditionally held for 2-5 minutes. Today we’ll be holding calming yin yoga poses for about 2 minutes each.

Longer holds allow our body to relax into the poses as well as the mind. You will feel your nervous system relax and tension melt away as we hold these long yin yoga poses.

Whether you need yoga for tension release, stress and anxiety release or a deep full body stretch, this full body yin yoga class will open up your body and calm your mind. This yin yoga class is great for a beginners or anyone wanting to feel a little more space in their body.
