Yoga For Back Pain
Set a timer and perform each exercise for 60 seconds. Cycle through as many times as needed!
– rock back breathing
– cat cow
– standing pelvic tilt

Remember, there are so many ways to address low back pain through movement, but these are just a few of my go-to movements when pain is high and you’re desperate for a little relief!
