Pelvic tilt exercise is useful in treating back pain and preventing recurrence of low back pain .
During performing the Pelvic tilt exercise lie down in supine position with kneea bent and lift your hips or pelvis up without lifting the lower back .
This exercise moves pelvis only .
It corrects the alignment of pelvis and help in relieving the pain.
