Find instant relief from your back pain with these yoga and pilates inspired exercises. You will feel so much better after performing these stretches on the mat. Make sure to go nice and slow and really breath deep allowing the muscles to relax in order to get the full benefits from these gentile movements.
You will get the best results are done frequently, at least a few times a week. If you are not comfortable doing all of the movements, just do what you can. For example, there is one exercise on our hands and knees. If that is uncomfortable for you, then just skip that one.
