20 Minute Yoga Flow Vinyasa (core workout) Day 27. It’s our last core focused day in the YogaFix30 program. Bittersweet, I know! This vinyasa flow practice is going to strengthen your core muscles plus I’ve included Agni Sara and Kabalabhati pranayama which is also great for digestion. I hope that you’re proud of yourself for coming this far because you’ve been doing amazing work! I absolutely proud of you!!
