How to adapt yoga poses for the shape of your groin

The shape of the bony, protruding part on the front of our hips can vary hugely can vary from person to person and compression of this area may create pain or sensitivity in the groin (the area between your leg and pelvis) when doing certain yoga poses. In this video you’ll find some yoga poses which may cause this sensation, along with suggestions of how the pose can be adapted to suit your body type.
