-This is an easy, 10-minute routine to help you ease into your day with breathing and body awareness. It’s quality over quantity in this routine, and you’ll get plenty of time in each pose to really focus in on your body and your breathing.

Poses: Knees to chest, Lying on back with feet spread & knees to side (like a reclined twist but for hip rotators), Seated twist (easy), 90/90 with neck stretch, Low lunge with strap behind back

Use this short routine whenever you’re feeling anxious about the day ahead, or if you just want to feel more relaxed and more calm as you go through your day. By focusing on your breath and body, you’re training yourself to be more aware of yourself, and better able to manage your stress throughout the day.
