Stretching is a vital part of our yoga practice, but if your an athlete, you’re most likely very strong, but not as flexible. It can be frustrating at first when you’re not able to get as deeply into a stretch. It never matters how deep you get into a pose, and here are some tips to move in slowly and safely. 🙂
