After years of chronic back pain, learning to effectively stretch my psoas was a game changer. I had spent years running high mileage, sitting a lot in class, while spending very little time stretching. When I was diagnosed with psoas syndrome I was surprised that I hadn’t even heard of the psoas sooner or the importance of stretching it, especially with low back pain.
