That’s like saying you shouldn’t lift weights if you’re not strong – you do yoga to BECOME more flexible, not because you already are. This beginner-friendly yoga routine to improve flexibility uses modifications for guys aren’t flexible. Improve your flexibility in just 10 minutes per day. Use this routine as often as you’d like.
