Recording this yin yoga class in this beautiful park brought about a peaceful mind for me and I think it can do the same for you.

Can you see the drummer in the background? His playing was putting me in a trance lol. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the audio as there were a lot of other noises coming through. However, put amazing energy into this recording.

In this full-body stretch, we’ll hold the poses for 2 to 5 minutes each. This helps to create flexibility. No props are needed for this routine.
