Happy Sunday my loves! I’m so excited for you to do this posture stretch. This stretch is perfect for you if you have a hunger back, neck pain, sit a lot, do lot’s of stress breathing. All of this leads to tight muscles in your chest region and neck, which we will open up not only by stretching, but also by strengthening the antagonists (upper back, spine, glute muscles).
