http://www.EkhartYoga.com Heron Pose or Krounchasana, Yoga” provides a good stretch for the hamstrings, strengthens your lower back and stimulates the abdominal organs and the heart. By the way I noticed I am holding the wrong wrist in the final pose. I should be holding my left wrist with my right hand.
