The more you are focused on time–past and future–the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.” Eckhart Tolle from The Power of Now: A guide to Spiritual Enlightenment. The Power of Now is an excellent book that I highly recommend. Remember that any fear we experience is usually in the future and any anger or resentment we feel is usually from something that happened in the past (even if it’s very recent past). When we can stay in the present moment, or the Now, we experience peace. Yoga helps us to stay in the Now.
