Join me for this gentle, 15-minute prenatal yoga for the lower back. This class will gently stretch out the lower back, hips, and thighs, as well as help build strength in these regions to improve posture and relieve lower back pain.This class is safe for first, second, and third trimester mamas-to-be and can be done without any props, although a block (or two) might be helpful.
